Millennials and their preferences continue to be a hot topic across many industries – the automotive industry in particular. This attention is no surprise as they are now the largest generation in size at 75.4 million, surpassing Baby Boomers in 2016. Given their size and their desire for a differentiated experience, it is important we understand how the shopping process needs to evolve in order to lure in and retain this lucrative segment of the market.
