NOW BRIDGE ADMINISTRATORS CAN CENTRALLY MANAGE USER ACCESS FOR BRIDGE ENABLED COX AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS!

Introducing the Bridge Admin Role for conveniently managing your Bridge Users.

The Product Team at Cox Automotive has improved the Bridge feature. Bridge now enables central management of Users for all your Cox Automotive, Inc. solutions. In addition to central management, your Bridge Admin role will offer improved security, compliance, and convenience for your entire Dealership.

One key request made by Dealerships is for Cox Automotive to enable centralization of User access and deactivation. The Bridge Admin(s) will play a key role in fulfilling this request.   As the Bridge Admin, you can now search for and administer other Bridge Users at your Dealership.  Your role includes a better, easier way to deactivate users in one place and with just two easy steps.

Bridge Admins can also perform other user administration functions such as assisting users with forgotten passwords and completing changes to first and last names and more. Please scroll down to FAQ section to read about the nine functions available to Bridge Admins.
