Previously, the customer slide-out only displayed basic contact information, requiring dealership teams to manage credit application details such as employment, income, housing, address history, and business banking information elsewhere. This update brings those additional fields into Manager View, helping reduce duplicate data entry and maintain more complete customer records throughout the deal process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What&#8217;s New<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Additional Buyer, Co-Buyer, and Business credit application fields are now available directly within Manager View.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit application information can be managed from a single workspace, reducing duplicate data entry.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An updated layout, improved validation, and new section delete capabilities make information easier to review and maintain.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s included in this update:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manager View now supports ability to enter additional credit application information for Buyer, Co-Buyer, and Business customer records, along with enhancements that make customer information easier to review, update, and maintain throughout the deal process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Buyer &amp; Co-Buyer Credit Application Fields<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional credit application fields are now available, including:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marital status&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employment status&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employer and occupation details&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employer address and phone information&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current and previous employment history&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Housing status&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rent or mortgage payment information&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address history&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Income details and pay frequency&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional income information&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relationship to buyer (Co-Buyer only)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Credit Application Fields<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional business credit application fields are now available, including:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tax ID number&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business type&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business contact information&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank information&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signer title&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarantor information&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date established&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>State of incorporation&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial statement type&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of employees&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Section Delete Capability<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicable sections, such as Previous Address and Previous Employment, now include a delete option that removes all information in the section with a single click.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data Validation Improvements<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Updated field validation rules help ensure data is entered in the correct format and within appropriate limits.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Availability<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Available for all Manager View users.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All newly added fields are optional.
