Customer Insights in Manager View brings a customer&#8217;s prior purchase history directly into the deal workflow, making it easier to review previous vehicles purchased, deal structures, payment information, and purchased products without leaving Manager View. This gives managers additional context when working with repeat customers and referencing past purchase patterns.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What&#8217;s New<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customer Insights is now available in Manager View, giving managers access to a returning customer&#8217;s prior purchase history directly from Deal Pulse. Purchase history from the same dealership is displayed in a slide-out panel, making it easier to reference previous purchases while working a deal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How It Works<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select <strong>Customer Insights<\/strong> from the Deal Pulse section while working a deal.
