A new checkbox for \u201c<strong>Target Out of Pocket<\/strong>\u201d has been added to the lease tab in Manager View. When this box is checked, the \u2018Out of Pocket\u2019 value is adjusted to $0 and displays new line items in the math stack.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key changes include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Updated Field Labels: <\/strong>The money down field label changes from \u201cDue at Signing\u201d or \u201cCash Down\u201d to \u201cOut of Pocket,\u201d with the amount set to $0. Two new fields, \u201cInsufficient Funds (INSF)\u201d and \u201cAdjusted Selling Price,\u201d will be displayed in the lease deal disclosure.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>System Recalculation: <\/strong>The system recalculates the deal to allow the consumer to put $0 down, covering the amount due elsewhere in the deal. Users can enter a specific amount into the \u201cOut of Pocket\u201d field to match the consumer\u2019s desired money down, and the system will recalculate the Insufficient Funds accordingly.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales View and Dealer Deal Page (DDP) Updates: <\/strong>In Sales View, new fields \u201cUpfronts Added\u201d and \u201cAdjusted Price\u201d will be displayed in the Offer Summary.
