Dickinson Fleet Services to Help Sponsor AutoNation Cure Bowl
It’s more than just a game. On the third Saturday of December, two college football teams will meet in the AutoNation Cure Bowl to help raise awareness and money for Breast Cancer research. Taking place at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando, this bowl game has raised over 3.55 million dollars in funds. Dickinson Fleet Services is proud to be a sponsor of this game and has done so since its inception back in 2015.
Every two minutes, a woman in the U.S is diagnosed with breast cancer. This statistic is alarming and together we can do something about it. Nearly all of us know someone who has been affected by breast cancer and we understand the type of struggles it can bring. By participating in the fundraising efforts of the AutoNation Cure Bowl, we’re able to directly benefit the highest-rated breast cancer research organization in the U.S, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. This game has helped put Orlando at the very center of great advancements in cancer science and we know more great things are coming.
Dickinson Fleet Services is supporting the cause through the purchase of a Legend Ticket Package, which is the highest level of ticket sponsorship available. It’s estimated that overall the AutoNation Cure Bowl will have a $20 million positive impact on the local economy. the region has welcomed world-class names in research, healthcare, and discovery to places like Lake Nona’s Medical City. Because of this, the AutoNation Cure Bowl may be just down the road from where the cure for breast cancer is someday discovered.
