TRAIT allows us to better connect mobile maintenance and repair resources with our clients and technicians. By giving our technicians the ability to give you real time reporting that includes things such as time-stamped photos and lists of potential defects on vehicles, we’re able to make educated decisions as a team.

TRAIT gives direct electronic access for both the technician and customer. This means having all of the most important information when you need it the most. Nightly inspection reports are also provided automatically so Fleet Managers never have to guess when it comes to the health of their equipment.

Mobile Maintenance & WebWrench

At the core of what we do is our mobile maintenance service and WebWrench. Together, these two things mean working on YOUR schedule and within YOUR budget. As all Fleet Managers know, these are typically priorities #1 & #2.

Mobile on-site maintenance means that we come to YOU and complete work on YOUR downtime. The result is increased uptime and cost savings.

WebWrench is an online preventative maintenance and cost tracking software.  You could call it the customer interface side of TRAIT (mentioned above).
