Aligned Payment Policy
Cox Automotive continues to add efficiencies for our clients by aligning our payment policy across brands and solutions. In alignment with market practices, we are updating our payment policy to be more consistent, compliant and secure.

The following three changes will be implemented:
Phone Payments
Card payments by phone will no longer be accepted
Card Payments
We will no longer accept card payment transactions over $5,000 per invoice
Late Fees
A late fee of 1.5% ($5 min / $400 max) will be applied at 1-day past payment terms per month
Preferred Payment Method
Avoid Payment Interruption with ACH

Speed
Funds are forwarded directly from your bank account for more timely processing.

Security
ACH transactions are encrypted, which keeps your payment information safe and private.

Efficiency
Automate payments to eliminate time-consuming phone calls and check writing.
Be Prepared
Update Your Payment Options
If you typically pay invoices over $5k by card, sign up for ACH today for each of your brands to avoid any interruption in payment processing.
