Cox Automotive continues to add efficiencies for our clients by aligning our payment policy across brands and solutions. In alignment with market practices, we are updating our payment policy to be more consistent, compliant and secure.

The following three changes will be implemented:

Phone Payments

Card payments by phone will no longer be accepted

Card Payments

We will no longer accept card payment transactions over $5,000 per invoice

Late Fees

A late fee of 1.5% ($5 min / $400 max) will be applied at 1-day past payment terms per month

Preferred Payment Method

Avoid Payment Interruption with ACH

Funds are forwarded directly from your bank account for more timely processing.
