10 tech in Indy-0148Last night was all about celebrating the incredible talent on display within the Dickinson Fleet Services team.  Ten diesel technicians from every region of the company assembled at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Indianapolis to enjoy dinner and await the announcement of the winner of the company’s first annual Top Tech winner.  It was a tight competition, all 10 finalists should be proud of their accomplishment.  Out of 220 points available, there was only a 20 point spread within the entire field and only 1 point separated the 1st runner up from the Top Tech title.

Once dinner was complete, Steve Ginn, VP Operations and Dick Dickinson, President, COO began the awards presentation recognizing each of the represented Regional VPs followed by the presentation of individual awards for each of the 10 finalist.  At this point the anticipation was at a highpoint.  We were now ready for the announcement of Top Tech, 1st Runner Up and 2nd Runner Up.
