3 Things We’re Thankful For This Year

This time of year, we can’t help but pause to take a moment to share all that we we thankful for here at Dickinson Fleet.  Here are 3 things that come to mind as we look back on the first 11 months of this year…

Thanksgiving

1. Our Customers

We’re fortunate enough to have some awesome customers at Dickinson Fleet.  By growing our mobile truck repair and maintenance services, we’ve been able to form true partnerships with our clients that makes for great working relationships.  There’s nothing better than hearing from one of our clients that they feel like their technician or account manager is a part of their team too.  More often than not, this is exactly the type of feedback we get from our mobile truck maintenance clients.

Our customers have also allowed us to strategically grow the company over this past year.  We’ve been able to partner with some key businesses in areas across the country that have created opportunities for us to expand our services by opening new locations.  Not only does this better allow use to services those clients, but it also lets us continue to move Dickinson Fleet forward.

So, to our customers, thank you!  We literally couldn’t do it without you.

2. Our Employees

A company is only as good as its employees.  That statement couldn’t be more true. And at Dickinson Fleet, we’re fortunate enough to have great employees.  People who truly care and our passionate about what they do and the customers they serve.

We’ll be the first to admit that the mobile truck repair and maintenance service industry isn’t always glamorous.  Break downs happen.  Sometimes things are just outside of your control.  There can be long hours and situations that are just plain tough.

Mobile Truck Repair Tech

Yet, time and time again our team comes through when we need them the most.  Going above and beyond the call of duty during the times when our customers need it the most is what separates the Dickinson Fleet team from others.  During this year, we’ve received email after email from our clients who just can’t wait to share a story about a technician or manager who helped them out when the going was getting tough.  But most importantly, with our mobile truck maintenance, we’ve been able to get feedback from our clients showing their downtime is diminishing and their trucks are rolling instead of in the shop.  That’s why we do what we do and we couldn’t be more proud of our team that makes this happen.  Learn more about our Dickinson Fleet Technicians here

3. Adopting Technology

Finally, we are thankful that because of our clients and employees we’ve been put in a position where we can adopt the latest technology in transportation.  Whether it’s a brand new mobile repair truck or launching a new smartphone app, Dickinson Fleet continues to stay at the forefront of technology in the transportation industry.

By being early adopters of technology, we are able to better communicate with our employees  and clients while providing more convenient, effective service.  People on both the customer and employee side are what make or company what it is today, but it’s using the right technology at the right time that will help us get to the next level.

What Are You Thankful For?

So with Thanksgiving time here and the end of the year approaching, we encourage you to share what you’ve been most thankful for in 2015.
