Thankful for Opportunity
As Thanksgiving quickly approaches and the holiday season is upon us, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on all that we are thankful for this year. It has been a HUGE year for our company and we have so many things to celebrate with all of you; our clients and employees. But overall the “theme” that we’re most thankful for this year is opportunity.
Opportunity to Grow
We’ve had the opportunity to grow our company very aggressively over the past year. What started out as a group of 4 people working out of a living room 20 years ago has now grown to a company with several shop locations and over 300 mobile units operating throughout 40 states. While this growth has been challenging at times, we’re so thankful that we’ve been able to do it the right way with the incredible support of our clients and employees. We’ve had the opportunity to acquire outside companies over the past 12 months which has allowed us to make strategic decisions about adding services and locations. The end result is that we’re now able to offer more services in more areas to our clients. And for that, we’re very thankful.
Opportunity for Employees
As our company has expanded, our employees have experienced unique opportunity for career advancement. Career paths that may have taken years to develop have emerged very quickly. This has given our technicians and management the chance to add new skills and challenge themselves to to reach their full potential. We’re extremely thankful to be able to offer this type of rewarding growth to our employees as we’ve really seen our team embrace it as rising stars have emerged.
Opportunity in Technology
Once again, we’re also thankful for the opportunity to embrace new technology throughout 2018. Whether it’s our new platform trucks that allow our technicians to safely perform trailer services or our most recent investments, we’ve been able to put our team in better position to provide the best mobile truck repair and maintenance services in the industry. By becoming early adopters of technology, we are able to stay ahead of the curve in the transportation industry.
