A major service provider to many technology companies worldwide, including Cox Automotive, experienced an outage last night that disrupted services. We have resolved the issue across most of our products, but you may see intermittent issues today as our systems stabilize. Due to the wide-spread nature of this outage, you may also see issues with our 3rd party partner integrations as they too work to restore their systems. On May 1, 2024, Cox Automotive will implement changes to our Payment Acceptance Policy. 1) Credit card payment transactions will be limited to invoices of $5,000 or below. 2) A late fee of 1.5% per month will be assessed at 1-day past payment terms per month.
