You have to be in a position where you're adapting to both the traditional retail environment and also the online environment because that is where our guests are headed and that's what they're looking for.
I feel like when we get as much information up front from the guest it kind of helps them want to come into our dealership
Digital retailing has definitely helped speed up the sales process for sales team. We're able to gather all the information upfront, have them fill out a credit application before they come in the store, so it's really shrinking that sales process down and part of the steps to the sale before they even come into the store.
