Overview
Manager View now automatically retrieves lender titling address information and allows users to review and edit lender addresses directly within a deal. This enhancement improves the accuracy of lender information used throughout the contracting process by leveraging Cox Automotive’s more reliable lender address source and giving dealership teams greater visibility and control over lender address management.

- Quickly review and correct lender address information when needed.

What’s New
Automatic Lender Address Retrieval
When a lender is selected, Manager View automatically retrieves lender titling address information, making it easy to review address details as part of the deal process and helping reduce issues caused by outdated or incomplete lender information.
Review & Edit Lender Addresses Directly Within a Deal
A new Lender Address section has been added to the Lender screen, allowing users to view and update lender address information directly within a deal, including:
- Street Address
- Street Address 2
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
- Phone Number
Flexible Address Management
If lender address information cannot be retrieved automatically, users can manually enter or update lender address details without interrupting the deal workflow. Existing lender address information remains available whenever possible.
Additional Information
- Address updates apply only to the current deal and do not update the lender address information for future deals.
- Lender address availability issues do not prevent users from completing a deal.
