Add Cox Automotive to your federated ecosystem and allow your employees to sign into their CAI applications with their current Identity Provider credentials.

Why is Bridge Federation Single Sign On useful?

Dealers with their own Identity Provider (IDP) can use the Cox Automotive Inc. (CAI) Bridge Federation Single Sign On to allow each of their employee’s access to all purchased CAI solutions using their current Username and Password already provided.
Additionally, Employees who are deactivated from the Dealer IDP, will be unable to access CAI Bridge Federation Single Sign On.

How does Bridge Federation Single Sign On work?

Bridge Federation Single Sign On allows Bridge Users to authenticate into Bridge by signing into their Dealer Group Identity Provider. Consolidating user authentication with your identity provider will allow your employees to have single-sign-on experience with all their federated applications, including CAI Bridge.

Bridge Federation Single Sign On Requirements

To federate authentication of your employees to Bridge, you will need to:

Manage an identity provider that can federate authentication to supported applications.
Adopt OIDC [Open ID Connect] as the protocol for authenticating Bridge users.
Ensure all employees whose authentication will be federated are already Bridge Users.
