ATLANTA, March 5, 2025 – Cox Automotive, the world’s largest automotive services and technology provider, has been named one of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in 2025. This prestigious award highlights the exceptional workplace environment being cultivated across the company. Cox Automotive ranks No. 61 out of 100 on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work U.S. Large Companies list.
“Being acknowledged as one of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in 2025 is a tremendous honor,” said Steve Rowley, President of Cox Automotive. “This award reflects our commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace where our employees can thrive. We are incredibly proud of our team and the culture we’ve built together.”
The Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards are based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback on Glassdoor by completing a company review about their job, work environment, and employer over the past year. The Best Places to Work 2025 winners were determined using Glassdoor’s proprietary awards algorithm across nine workplace categories. Rankings are based on the quantity, quality, and consistency of reviews submitted by U.S.-based employees between October 17, 2023, and October 16, 2024.
“This recognition is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our employees,” said Michele Parks, EVP and Chief People Officer of Cox Automotive. “Their feedback is invaluable, and it drives us to continuously improve and foster a professional atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported. We are grateful for their contributions and proud to be named among the best places to work.”
