It is hard to believe I am heading out to Palm Springs … to attend the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) convention for the 28th consecutive year! I still recall the first conference I attended; it was an experience like no other; the magnitude and the melting pot of people from all over the country and from all walks of life that make up the vast vehicle remarketing community gather together to attend this annual industry event. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to get to know and form relationships with the general managers from many of the auction locations along with other remarketing professionals.
