Welcome to the monthly Manheim Market Insights update. This month, Chris Frey, senior manager of economic and industry insights at Cox Automotive, offers a monthly check-in on what we are seeing in the used wholesale and retail markets, all through the wide lens of the data available from Cox Automotive.

This month’s video highlights the midmonth Manheim Used Vehicle Value Index (MUVVI), used retail prices, inventory and sales, and takes a quick look at how the government’s CPI data on used vehicle prices lags the monthly MUVVI data.

We hope you find this overview helpful and that you look for it the third week of each month in your efforts to stay up to speed with the used-vehicle market.
