Recently, one of our employee resource groups, Women With Drive, hosted a panel discussion at our headquarters in Atlanta about how men can be better allies for women in the workplace. With women making up only 35% of the automotive industry workforce, this is an essential question to address as we work to cultivate workforce equity and empowerment.

Marianne Johnson, moderator, Chief Product Officer, and executive sponsor of Women With Drive, talked to four Cox Automotive team members about their experiences and perspectives. The event was live-streamed on our Facebook page. Here is the recording.
